Returns and Help

We hope that you love all of your goodies from Donna Jean’s. However, we get it! Some items just might not work for you. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email your order number and item(s) you would like to return to our team at shopdonnajeans@gmail.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please include this in the return package, or we will not be able to process your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.
