Where Are You Located? 

  • We are a virtual, online only shopping experience. Although we don’t have a storefront, we can be found at local events in the Southwest Virginia area! 

What Sizes Do You Carry? 

  • We have items starting at size 3 Months-10 for Littles, Small through X-Large for Ladies, and 1X through 3X-Large for Misses. We work diligently to guarantee something for everyone.  

Which Fabrics Are Your Clothes Made From? 

  • Our items are made from a variety of material blends that feature cotton, polyester, rayon, and acrylic. These materials offer a great feel and an even better price! 

What Is Your Price Range?  

  • We are also working diligently to make sure we are keeping our items affordable for shoppers. All of our items range from $2 up to $30.  

What Payment Options Do You Take? 

  • When visiting our checkout page, you will find a multitude of payment options. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and PayPal. At any in person event, we can also accept cash and Apple Pay! 

What is DOTW?  

  • DOTW stands for Drop of The Week. This will be our weekly drop of t-shirts available for preorder. There will be a new set of 5 tees weekly. They will be available on the website from Monday to Friday and will be ordered from the vendors on weekend dates. Please be aware that these items are NOT in-stock with Donna Jean’s, but they are made to order by incredible vendors. Don’t miss out, these items will only be available for a short time!  Keep your eye out- there may be multiple drops per week or something more than a tee!

What is TAT? 

  • TAT is your Turn-Around-Time. This is the amount of time that it will take to complete, process, and fulfill your orders. We work diligently alongside vendors who have reasonable TATs with the opportunity to offer lower cost to you! Most of the items we choose to list for preorder are handcrafted with the highest quality materials and trusted and reputable creators. Our goal is to have a large variety, a quick TAT, and a reasonable out-of-pocket cost.  

What Do I Do If I Have Questions About My Order? 

  • If you have questions concerning your order, please email us at shopdonnajeans@gmail.com. We ask that you include your order number and your name in the subject line. This ensures that you will get a response- as it is easy for us to find messages when they are all in one place. Please be patient and allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. We promise we see you! ;) 

 

Do I need an account to order?  

  • You don’t have to have an account to order, however, there are perks to being a VIP! Having an account with us allows you to receive special emails, deals, and the opportunity to be among the first to know when new arrivals are coming! You will also receive a digital loyalty stamp card, where you can earn stamps for FREE rewards!
